Rough Edges?

Pictured here is a close-up of the lower half of the Pterodactyl backplate. What's different?...the lower two mounting holes are cut as ovals (to accommodate tank band bolts that are not exactly 11" apart, center-to-center) and I have added an additional two " long crotch strap slot (in addition to the 1" long slot). These plates are now available. Another improvement is I will be using stainless steel grommets in the harnesses instead of the brass ones (which tarnish). Also, it has come to my attention that some of the slots in the Pterodactyl plates may not have been deburred completely...feel free to ship your plate back (without harness) and I will debur it at no cost and ship it back ASAP. Please notify me first by e-mail and include your shipping address and name. You can wait till off-season to ship if you want...no problem. And, if your harness has been cut-into by the sharp edges...include the harness (minus "D" rings) and I will replace it (no cost). Finally, Critical Aspect Inc. will be appearing at the upcoming DEMA show in Orlando Oct. 31st. to Nov. 3rd. This show is not open to the public but should prove to be an excellent move by CAI to market directly to dive shops. Take care for now!

SPECIAL DEAL!!

Hello everyone...Gary here. I have a SPECIAL DEAL for Massachusetts residents. As you may know, the Govenor of this state (although I voted for "Muffy"...who lost) has managed to do something interesting...this weekend (August 11th and 12th) is a sales tax free holiday. SO, my deal is: e-mail or phone-in an order for a Pterodactyl Backplate/Harness System anytime up to 12:00 midnight on the 12th leaving your credit card Info. and you will be spared having to pay sales tax. Obviously, this only applies to Massachusetts residents. BUT, to "sweeten the deal", I will also eliminate shipping and handling for anyone purchasing this product up to midnight on the 12th (shipments to continental USA only). The upcoming batch of Pterodactyls will be completed in a week or so. This order has been delayed for a couple of months due to the difficulty in obtaining the stainless steel hardware needed for this product. But now this long-awaited hardware is in hand and the machine shop can procede with production. I humbly appologize for this rediculous delay which has caused me to create the first "waiting list". Thank you to everyone who has been waiting! To place an order, I can be reached most mornings from 8AM to 10AM (Eastern time) at (508) 224-9180. Talk with you soon!
